Currently Beckett & Dash only offer Domestic Shipping.

Beckett & Dash offer a $5 flat rate for domestic shipping to anywhere in the United States. East Coast and Midwest customers can expect orders delivered within 1-4 business days of their order date. West Coast customers can expect their orders with 4-6 business days of order placement.

We believe in privacy. And we believe in protecting yours. All personal data transmitted through our site is encrypted using SSL, or “Secure Sockets Layer” technology which safeguards your order information, and prevents decoding by anyone other than Beckett & Dash.

The Beckett & Dash Privacy Guarantee means that we will not distribute, sell, or rent your name or personal information to any third party without your permission.

Beckett & Dash merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date with the receipt, and provided items have not been worn, washed or altered in any way.

OPTION 1: CREATE YOUR OWN REQUEST

  - You may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by logging into your account and click on the "My RMA" link on the left hand menu. 

  - Click "File new RMA" (right hand side of the page), then "Request RMA".

  - Fill in your reason for return, and select if you want a replacement or refund.

  - Once your RMA request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid return label in your email. Please follow the instructions in the email to return your order.
